YOU are Cordially Invited to Melody’s English Social Soft Opening

Friday, June 6 from 12 noon-5 p.m. Free Refreshments
The English Social Soft Opening offers 100% English speaking
environment which include: Self introduction, table topics
discussions, guest speakers, jokes and story telling, introduction
of different kind of Non-Profit English activities during the week
like the Toastmasters, Ballroom Dancing, a stage for Toastmasters
to practice their speeches & how to be ladies and gentlemen.
Melody Lu, creator of MFI, stated, “Life is full of opportunities
for many good things for us to enjoy. The art and skill in having
a happy and success positive life style, depends on one’s right
choice of things and activities, at the right moment, with the right
people, do the right things and speak the right languages. One can
enjoy and have a nice, wonderful, beautiful and most meaningful day
at MFI. It is designed to add some value, color, fun, relaxation,
having international friendship with total enjoyment in a 100%
English Environment. Dress code is casual.”
Gordon Brooks, promoter of many non-profit English Activities
(more than 20 years), in memory of his American adopted father,
Joe Brooks, will be the host for the English Social. The Co-host
is LJ Lamb, an American lawyer, past president of Prestige TMC and
governor 2006-07of A-1, District 67, Toastmasters International.
Lito Gonzalez of Formosa, Argentina, a world-class musician who has
been on Taiwan over 34 years, will share his musical talents on the
Mini trumpet made in Taiwan and accordion. Sing along and dance along
with Lito.
MFI is located on the 2nd floor, 25 Po Ai Road, Taipei (between Taipei
Main and Semen MRT Stations. There is a Chung Shan Hall underground
